We do realize that some some customers do not feel comfortable ordering online. For this reason, we provide a toll-free number to place an order with a Totalpoolwarehouse customer service representative.

Shipping

We at Totalpoolwarehouse.com understand that you want your products as soon as possible. We are dedicated to do all we can to see that your needs are met. We guarantee that all in stock orders will be shipped out same day. We recommend shipping to a location where someone will be available to receive the delivery. Totalpoolwarehouse delivers with shipping free of any charges in the contingent 48 states. Totalpoolwarehouse cannot be responsible for packages delivered to unattended addresses. We offer you free shipping on all orders with a small handling fee that covers the cost of the shipping materials and labor in getting your order sent out to you. The handling charges for orders up to $24.99 is $6.95. Any orders above $24.99 will have a handling fee of $9.95.

Delivery Confirmation

Most orders that are shipped by Fedex do not require someone to be home for delivery. Once your order ships out, you will be emailed with a tracking number. If you don't receive this email or have misplaced it, please give us a call (866)494-7665 and we can track your order for you.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged only on orders shipped to customers in New York.

Returns

Satisfaction Guaranteed! If you are not completely satisfied you may return for a full refund or replacement within 15 days excluding any discounts, handling charges,shipping charges, and a 20% restocking fee. After 15 days all manufacturer's warranties apply. You must contact us within 15 days from receipt of the product to initiate your return. Contact can be made at 1-866-494-7665,or via email at customerservice@Totalpoolwarehouse.com. All returns should be sent to Totalpoolwarehouse Returns Dept., 1245 East Ferry Street, Buffalo, NY 14211. All returns must be prepaid and insured. Do not return a product without contacting Totalpoolwarehouse first. To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, including original package, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Do not mark or deface the manufacturer packaging in any way. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition. We will return such products to you. If you reject such items returned to you,Totalpoolwarehouse reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit. Also any chemicals,items on clearance, special orders, and custom orders may not be returned. Non deliverable items will result in shipping and restocking fees. 

Cancellations

You may cancel an order until the order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may return the product, following the directions outlined in the returns section.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Totalpoolwarehouse shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Totalpoolwarehouse shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders wether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Totalpoolwarehouse shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

 

Freight charges may apply to any order being shipped by freight or denoted by truck symbol. Freight charges are in addition to the standard shipping rates. Freight shipments are "tailgate" deliveries. The delivery must be signed for and the driver will hand you your merchandise off the truck. It is not the job of the driver to take the merchandise to a designated area. Freight charges vary depending on zip code of shipping address and weight of shipment.
