Confer Plastics promotes security and safety by including a padlock with every A-Frame ladder and gate that  is manufactured. All products include applicable warning labels and instructions to alert the swimmer of the 
appropriate way to use the ladder or step. However it is important that everyone understands - there is no 
substitution for adult supervision.
